Admission & Entry Fees
General Admission: $5, children 15 & under free with an adult

Adult Entries: $10 for every 5 models

Junior Entries (15 & under): $1 each model

Display Only: $5 for all models

Saturday Reception

Join us on Saturday 9/26 between 5pm - 9pm for our pre-show reception. Bring a model to build or just hang out with fellow scale modelers (or both!) while taking in the armor, aircraft, and other exhibits on display at the museum!

Space is VERY LIMITED and RSVP is required. Please email Mason Fitch to reserve your spot. There is no charge for the event but we do ask that if you do RSVP please be certain you can attend.

Vendor Tables are available at $40 per 6' table. Please contact Mike Hirsch if you have questions or to reserve your tables. Please note vendor space is limited and payment is due in advance. Payment can be made via PayPal here.

Category Sponsors
Category sponsorships are also available for $30. Each Category sponsorships includes public acknowledgement in three ways:

Printed display of the sponsor name on the category placard with models on the display table,

Announcement during the awards ceremony for the category winners, and
-
Sponsor information on the club website on the list of categories and winners

You may request to sponsor a specific category, a general type (i.e. “aircraft”), or any available category.

Since categories may be claimed quickly, please note that sponsors desiring specific categories will be asked to provide second and third options, in case the first is unavailable.

A free text box is required to be completed on the paypal page- please clearly state in that box the name that should be displayed for your sponsorship as well as your top three choices or other general category preferences.
